Jojo Durian

Jojo Durian was responsible and played a major role in developing football in the southern part of Metro Manila-mainly in the cities of Muntinlupa, Parañaque and Las Piñas. He was also the founding director of MPLFA (Muntinlupa Parañaque Las Piñas Football Association) football activities such as festivals, leagues, coaching seminars, club development, etc. were done through this football association.
In 2010, he partnered with the Younghusband brothers and Cathy Nazareno to put up TYFA (The Younghusband Football Academy). They went around the country to teach trainors and to promote youth football at the grass roots level. At present, they develop players and do programs for the following schools: St. Edward Integrated School, Beacon International School, Treston International College, King’s School Manila, Manresa School, San Beda College Alabang, and The Learning Child School.
Coach Jojo also handled Chelsea FC Soccer School Philippines as Technical and Development Director for 4 years. He also finished the basic coaching course and head coaching course of CFC Asia.
